According to the staff member, Adobe Reader 7.0, operating in a W2k environment, and a networked Xerox printer. The "problem" only occurs when the staff member attempts to print multiple page PDF documents from her computer. If she signs on, as herself, on someone else's computer, this "problem" doesn't occur, which is why I believe it has something to do with how she has configured the program itself (preferences). I didn't think AR provided one with the option of printing the first page of a multiple page document, unless you specifically chose to do so in the AR printer window. I'll confirm or update her installation to 7.0.8.
