Right aligned form data is not visible

I fill up a PDF and I am not sure what is wrong but if I switch the field to readonly ,the data will not show.
If I keep the field not read only it will still not show unless I select the option ,
Highlight all fields.
Any one had this issue before ?
What would I be missing in my field attribute such that this behavoiur is being observed. ?

Also this behaour is only observed if I have set RIGHT aligned to the field.
Please help !!
