I Too am Having a Similar Problem. When I try to Download A PDF File In Windows XP SP3 either With Internet Explorer Ver 7 or Firefox Ver 3 A Blank Information Box with a OK Button Shows in the Blank open Page Window. It Will Not Download or Open the PDF File. This just Occured Just Recently After I installed Norton Internet Security Version 2009. If I disable [ Turn Off ] the Norton Internet security 2009 Firewall The PDF Files Will Download and Display normally. Before I installed Norton internet security 2009 I Had Norton Antivirus and Zonealarm Firewall and PDFs Downloaded and Displayed Normally. I assume therefore it has something to do with the New Norton Internet Security 2009 Firewall as that is the only Major Change I have made. So far I have not been able to Determin the Exact problem in Norton Internet Security's Firewall or what settings I need to Change. Does anyone have a Answer to this Problem?
