Unable to insert a page in pdf document

I'm trying to insert a page (which is a one page file that has some fiilable fields) to an existing pdf document using Acrobat Professional, but when I try to insert the page, I get the following message:

"You cannot insert pages from an Adobe XML form into another PDF file. To include Adobe XML forms with other PDF files, please use the following menu option: Document>Attach a File."

The problem is that I don't want to attach the file, but rather I want this form to be part of the document itself.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
