Hi Peggy / Mike, Did you find a fix for this? We have a couple of machines giving us the same problem. 1 machine running Windows 2000 SP4 another running XP Pro SP2. Both machines receive a McAfee Virus Scan V8.0 Bo:Heap error at beginning of download. Have disabled this Buffer Overflow protection from scan. But still only installs 62.5%. Any help appreciated. Thanks Phil
