Printer has issues with Languages

I am having a problem on a machine that can type in both English and Russian. When I go to the printer properties of one single printer the "Source is" and "Type is" drop down menus are in Russian. All other menus on the page are English. When I go to the same printer in windows or word all menus are in English. What could possibly be doing this and how can i fix it?

I have already done the following:
Reinstalling Adobe Reader
Uninstalling and Installing printer drivers
Reinstalling the printer

Any help is appreciated.
