Adobe Acrobat Pro still wants the same updates?

Hi Kevin:
No it is not solved yet. I did write to customer service the following message:

In Adobe Acrobat Pro, under windows xp pro, if you do a check for updates, it claims to need the same three updates (7.0.5, 7.0.7 and 7.0.8 ) even if you display the current version showing 7.0.8. Do a fresh install, re-install, etc., etc. it does not matter. I posted this question on the forum and now am starting to receive e-mail from other users who wish to know the answer. I do not wish to "pay you" for a clear program problem. I do believe it is in your best interest to come up with a fix or instructions, either to me and I will post the answer or you can read the related posts and answer there.

I would have written them earlier, and I was just too angry. I think there products are way over priced and if there is a problem it should not cost to fix as I have already paid through the nose.

If I get an answer, and I will, I will post it, or they will. It's a matter of answer or I will send a news crew to the presidents office to have him explain! :-)

Best, Ed
