Version 7.0.8 plugin problem

Since upgrading to 7.0.8 I get an error message " There wan an error while loading the plug-in zITClnt.api. The plug-in failed to initialize.
This is causing me a lot of grief! What is this plug in and how can I fix it? Thanks!
