We were able to pass searches through the parameter: #search="searched_word" in adobe reader 7.0.8 that is embedded in Internet Explorer 6. It used to work with reader 7.0.4, but it stops working when Adobe Reader is updated to the latest version. However, it does work with Internet explorer beta 7. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to make it work? I would rather not go back to the older versions of adobe reader and I want to wait on installing the next version of Internet Explorer. I receive no error messages, the adobe reader will open up, but the search pane does not appear and thus the searched words are not highlighted.
