After hunting high & low in the Adobe Reader software documentation & the online support site for an answer to your (& my) problem without success, I stumbled on the answer myself: 1) Open Preferences from the Edit menu. 2) Select Trust Manager from the choices on the left side of the window. 3) At the bottom of the right side, you will now see a button labeled "Change Site Settings". Click on this to open the list of URL's you have either blocked or allowed. 4) To change the setting on the URL, select that URL & click "Remove." You can then re-enter the URL as you prefer. 5) You can also change "Default Behavior for Other Sites" from "Always Prompt" to "Always Allow" or "Always Deny". Hope this helps you and others.
