Hi,

Currently I'm having a problem on printing documents from pdf files. There will be some weird characters on the printed copy of the pdf files. e.g. mum's car will become mum&#19982; car(on the printed copy). I'm using Chinese Windows XP system. does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
