There is a huge number of files of type IDX accumulated in C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\7.0\Cache\Search70 Are these files necessary or are these just temp files that are SAFE TO DELETE? Adobe Reader Version 7.0.7 running on Windows 2000 pro. Thank you for your help.
