7.0.8 Update Cannot download PDF files

I have just loaded and reloaded 7.0.8 Update.

Previous to this update I have been able to download PDF files from:

 <http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/sa/forms/net-05-06.htm>

Now I cannot click and download files

Error Message is:

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with add-on and needs to closed. Add-On is active X Control.

Except Code: 0xc00005

If the Adobe reader open and got back to Web Browser I can now download.

Any ideas???
