Tiling Large Pages

I am using Acrobat Reader 7.0. In the page scaling option, I do not have the option to Tile Large Pages. I used to have this option. If this option is no longer available, how can I enlarge a page to print on several 8.5x11 sheets. I tried the resizing option but only the upper left hand corner of the document printed on one page. All pages did not print. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. This has really been bugging me.
