There is no product Adobe Reader 7.0 Professional.

If you have Adobe Reader 7.0 - the free product - it cannot export or
import data (except in very special forms).

If you have Acrobat Professional 7.0 - it can export or import form
data but only if form fields are included. There is a separate forum
for Acrobat.
