saving a page in Adobe Reader?

Forgive me if this is already listed, I couldn't find it anywhere.

I read eBooks often, and don't understand how to mark a page so the next time I open the eBook, the page that I left off on will re-appear, and I can continue reading from where I left off.

sounds like a simple enough concept, but thus far, no one I have asked knows how to do this.

Many thanks if you can help out.

Mick
