Thanks for that, we use Windows and it version 7 of Adobe Reader. I've had a look in the properties section of the print menu when I print a document, but I can't spot anything, is there somewhere else I should be looking? This problem only happens with PDF documents, Word, Excel etc are fine, but it happens with all PDF documents, not just from a single source!
