Add a toolbar button to a macro

How would I go about creating a macro and binding it to a toolbar button for Adobe Acrobat Reader?

We have the requirement (document management system) that when a user opens a PDF document they should be able to click a button that will register the document (using a dialog of options) for classification and storage to a specific location. We do this already for Microsoft Office and Word Perfect and I have no idea where to start with Adobe Reader.

Please assist!
