We have an Asian customer, who uses a4 paper as their default, opening our PDFs which were created by using Acrobat Distiller. We save the PDFs with the A4 paper setting. When the customer goes to print the PDFs, Acrobat defaults to a non A4 setting (I'd guess Letter size). What printer settings does Acrobat Reader use? From what they tell us, it is not using the file settings or their default printer settings.
