Adobe Acrobat Pro still wants the same updates?

I just updated Abobe Acrobat 7.0 Pro to 7.08. If you look at the "help" and "about" it shows the version is 7.08. If you do a check for updates, the program says it needs 7.05, 7.07, and 7.08 which have already been installed! The program has been removed and re-installed with the original disk whith the same results. What file keeps the "currect version" information or am I missing some "add-ons" or what?
