Hello

I am new to the forum. I have created a MS Publisher document (newsletter), converted it to a pdf document and tried to send the document to my commercial printer for printing via uploading and also email attachment. The printer (Staples Office Supply)staff can not open it because of security codes. Upon trying to open I get an error message that says Adobe could not open because it is either not a supported file or b ecause the file has been damaged (for example it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.)My question is how do I change my security codes? In document properties I have not allowed pretty much down the line. I never set any security codes.

Adobe reader 7.0.8 free version.

Thank you for any light you can shed on my dilemma

Jane
