I have the same issue. I have a link to a different page in a pdf file for each question on my web forms using the "http://server.com/file.pdf#page=6" method. It works the first time the document is opened, but each time after that the doc opens to the last page viewed and ignores the page information. Same problem in both IE and FireFox. This functionality works fine in versions 7.0.7 and prior.
