Reading a document saved in a lower version

I have created a number of pdf forms using Acrobat 5.0 for use in our company. Several users have upgraded their versions of Acrobat to 7.0 and tell me that they are now unable to save the completed forms onto their computers. They can only save the blank version. Is this something new in 7.0? And how can I get around this?

Thanks!
Brenda
