You may be able to use Add/Remove Programs to Repair. Try that first. On NO ACCOUNT manually uninstall software. Windows Installer has a database of what is installed and so this is not changed. If you start changing the registry you can damage that database and get into a situation that cannot be repaired, without reformatting the disk. So don't do that! What you may need to use is Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
