Can you do a word count in Adobe Acrobat?

I've created an Acrobat Reader document from a Word file with embedded .eps graphics.

Is there any way to do a word count that would count all words in the text as well as the graphics? Is there any way to do a word count on just the text?

Thank you for your help,
-j.
