This code works in Visual Basic .NET:
Dim startInfo As New ProcessStartInfo("acrord32")
startInfo.Arguments = "/A page=4 c:\rug\d_dt120.pdf"
Process.Start(startInfo)
Opens it right up to page 4.
I'm using Acrobat 7.08, Windows XP Home.
