Hi folks. I found the solution for my inability to assoc PDF files. Am running Norton Anti-virus 2006. I noticed some strange behavior after installing it. Their tech supp no help. Just tolerated it. Browsing their supp site tonight and found this document, which details some registry changes (or UNDOES some reg changes their software made!). Symantec document ID: 2005101313450613. These changes cleared up the pdf assoc problem and resolved the other problems I had with NAV 2006. Best to all. Happy Fourth! Gary
