Decreasing the size of the installation folder

Reader 7 creates a setup folder with multiple Data1.cab files.
These are divided into several directories including ENG EFG and EFG_. Is it possible to remove some of these folders or Data1.cab files. I would like to recover wasted space and these files are very large.

I only use the English version of Acrobat Reader.
