Hi Heleen,
As far as Arabic Language is concerned, I think my answer would be very beneficial not to you only, but for Adobe as well. This is because I have been doing an investigation on using Adobe Reader to fill in fields in Arabic of PDF files (Designed by Acrobat 7):

If you have windows XP installed you can tune up language settings from "Regional and Language Options" of Control Panel by choosing "Arabic" to match the language version of the non-unicode programs. Further more you can request update from the help menu while you are keying in arabic alphabets.

If you have Win 2K-SP4 installed as OS, then the best solution is to go for Reader 7, version 7.0.5 which can be selected from this link
 <http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html>
select "arabic-middle eastern". However you can still use this version for windows Xp to achive your target,

Hayder
