Can't print landscape in Reader 5.0, 6.0 or 7.0

When I select to print an acrobat document in landscape, it still prints with the portrait orientation. We are using a Kyocera printer and have reinstalled it, which didn't work. So we deleted it from the registry then reinstalled it again and still can't get it to work. My boss prefers Reader 5.0, anybody out there who is a Reader expert, please help! Thanks in advance.
