I have two clients who send PDFs on a regular basis. Every time, I get one of two error messages: "Insufficient data for an image" or "There was an error opening the document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." Several other people in the office also running Windows XP can open the PDFs from these two clients. I have followed all the trouble suggested by Adobe, and still have the same issue on my computer. I have uninstalled Reader 9 and tried installing Reader 8 and Reader 7, and Adobe Acrobat 7.0 - all have the same issue from these two clients on my computer. Everything else opens fine from other clients. * * Help with any Suggestions to fix this!
