I have tried three times to update to 9.1 on my PC with XP SP3. Each time, I get an error message that the "Program Manager" must be shut down. When I checked Task Manager under the Processes tab, no such program--or any other program, for that matter--was running. I am unfamiliar with the term "Program Manager"; I searched Microsoft Support for it, and its replies alluded only to the "Utilities Manager," so even Microsoft doesn't know what Adobe is talking about. (FYI: Utilities Manager is a feature for the visually impaired.) I've never had a problem with Adobe updates before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
