We have recently upgrade to Adobe Reader 9.0 and I have 2 monitors on my machine. Can any one advise how can we set adobe reader open on a screen 2. instead of the primary screen. At the moment only open on Primary screen 1. I look through the preference but cannot find any related setting can be applied. It was working fine on Adobe version 8.0 Thanks
