To whom it may concern:

What are a good toolset(s) to use to extract peer review comments created from Acrobat reader? I would like to create a master PDF with all the comments. Secondly I would like to create a "annotation database". I was not able to find a white by researching adobe.com or google on how to extract peer review comments collected by adobe reader.
