I have noticed issues with Adobe reader 9.0 on users too. sometimes when they print long documents only the first page print-out, and ignore the rest. that's one of the reason we have stayed away from Adobe reader 9. If adding the print option to the right-click menu is the only problem you have, you can follow this tutorial on how to add it. <http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-add-remove-entries-from-the-right-click-menu/>
