I have received upgrades on Adobe Acrobat Reader from what I currently have which is 7.0.8. I can download the upgrades, but I am unable to install it, as well as I am not able to remove the current program to be able to do a new installation of the new program. I have Microsoft Windows XP and received the current Reader program free. How can I get the upgrade?

Thanks.
