Please help!! In some websites, if you click on a pdf, it will display the first page, begin the subsequent download and show the status of the overall download on that first page. (Fast Web View I guess). Is this a setting on the pdf or on the download somehow? My local viewer has Fast Web View set , yet my pdfs dont show that first page or status, while other websites do. I want all of my pdfs from my website to display the first page, and show that status somehow. Please help!! thanks so much John
