GetPlus boot up problem

Whenever I re-boot my computer, I get a message that windows can't find the file "C:\program files\NOS\bin\getPlus_HelperSvc.exe".

I have looked in windows explorer, and that path/file does not exist.

I found the registry entry that causes this attempt to load, and eliminated it, but something keeps replacing it.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
