No Music wrong transformation

Hello

I have just loaded on my windows system Adobe Reader 9. I have over the years used many of the reader series. My problem is this. When I playback any PDF documents with music embedded the music does not play. Also, the reader overrules the transformation option that was placed in the document.

Any idea how I can remedy this problem.
