I have a PC, Adobe Reader 8.3.1 and an Epson printer. When I try to print, all I get is "Output file name". What does that mean? I can't find a definition anywhere. And, of course, Customer Support doesn't support, it just tells me to pay almost $40 for technical support. What a scam. Please help. Mary
