Success!!! Terry, even though I couldn't delete everything, I removed as much as I could and reinstalled and it works! Yeah! However, I was able to download Windows Installer Cleanup. Have you gone on the MS site to see if there's a forum about Cleanup and that error? That's where I would go if I were you. Good luck!
