Cannot  Install Adobe Acrobat 9

I am using Win Xp sp2

When I install it comes up the copy utility and goes no further. No
matter what options I choose.

Can anyone help. I am thinking of going back to Adobe reader 8.

Then wait until Adobe Reader 10
