I followed Linsey's advice but when I tried to download Windows Installer CleanUp I received an error message described in a previous post.
I tried to uninstall all Acrobat or Reader programs and ran into a problem. The is a copy of a Reader 8 program that is grayed out. When I try to uninstall it I get this message:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

Until I can get that uninstalled I can get Reader to work. Without Installer CleanUp I don't know how to get that uninstalled.

Any ideas--besides buying an Apple?
