I hear you, but this is a user to user forum. I posted the methods that 
can best address issue like these. As a fellow user I cannot help. If 
you have a closed ticket that has not addressed your problem. Call them 
up to re-open the ticket and ask if necessary to speak with a supervisor 
or the supervisor's supervisor.
