Failure to Convert a File Using 5.0

As I have done hundreds of times before, I began to convert a Scriptware file to a pdf file. This time, however, I got an error message as follows:
%%[ Error: invalidfileaccess; OffendingCommand: showpage ]%%
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

As tech support no longer supports 5.0 this forum appears to be my only option. Can anyone help?
