I am using IE7 with Acrobat Reader 9 and am having the same problem, whenever I try to open a .pdf file it tells me that "The Adobe/Acrobat reader that is running can not be used to view PDF files in a web browser. Adobe Acrobat/reader is required. Please exit and try again." I am using Reader 9, is there a file that needs to be updated to TELL it that it is there?
