I have the cs3 design premium package which includes Adobe Professional 8.

Currently when I go to help and check for updates it says that I need to restart before updating can continue. I have restarted a number of times and this does not change.

After restart the message pops up again, apparently the update is not completely installed.

I thought about uninstalling the adobe professional but am concerned that it would uninstall the whole package and even if it does only uninstall the Acrobat file, will I be able to install it again. I already lost one install when my laptop when belly up and I don't have any extras. Can I reinstall and have it work or will it say that I have used up all my installs.
