After downloading version 9 which, because it did not function after the download, I attempted to download it again. But, each time I would push the download button, the istant that I pushed it, a message came on the screen saying "The Download has been completed 100%. So now I cannot download. Consequently, I am severely restricted in opening some many programs from the net.

Does anyone know of other quality downloading programs other then the Adobe series?
