I'm trying to print a page from a PDF using Adobe Reader 9. When I select "Print" the preview shows the whole page but with most of the page greyed out - only the center is normal. And only the center prints when I print it. Any idea how I can print the whole page? Is the document protected in some way? It's an archived page of a college newspaper with a "download this page" button, so it's not like they don't want it saved.
