I am trying to roll out an unattended install on a large amount of computers that run Windows 2000 SP4 that are networked but do not connect to the internet. I need the Japanese Fontpack because several of the documents we use need it.

I Install AdbeRdr811_en_US.exe (English v 8.11) and FontPack810_ja_JP.msi
they both install without a problem.

If after installing this I load a Japanese document it still tells me I need to install Japanese support and it needs the service pack 4 setup files

What can I do to avoid this?
